I booked my flight with Traveloka on 3 February and have been trying to either reschedule or cancel it (I am willing to pay any fees). Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have not received any response for over a month. The slow communication has been frustrating, and in the meantime, flight prices have already doubled. Overall, my experience with Traveloka has been unreliable and disappointing!
