Furthermore, they reduced one night without prior notification and expected me to book a hotel at my own expense, showing complete disregard for the itinerary I paid for. The representatives involved were unprofessional and treated me as if I was begging for free services. This company is fraudulent; do not fall for the positive reviews, as they are all fake. Choosing this company was the biggest mistake of my life, and I am confident they will close soon due to their lack of care for customers.
