The vehicle arrived six hours late. The accommodation they claimed was confirmed was not booked at all, leaving us stranded on a cold winter night with my 75-year-old mother and other family members. My mother's health worsened, and my blood pressure spiked. They provided a partial refund but only caused more pain and stress. Stay away from them, even as a last resort. I urge the relevant authorities to take action against them. We're considering legal steps to recover our full amount with interest, no matter how long it takes.

Travelonease is a fraud

Travelonease is a fraud. Your vacation will be filled with stress and anxiety for which you will be spending your hard-earned money. Our trip to a destination with them was a complete disaster. The vehicle arrived six hours late. The farmhouse they claimed was booked was not reserved at all. This left us stranded on a winter night with my 75-year-old mother and other family members. My mother's health deteriorated, and my blood pressure skyrocketed. They partially refunded the amount but caused us more pain and stress. Avoid them, even if they are your last option. I urge the platform to take action against them. We are planning to pursue our full refund with interest, no matter how long it takes.

Avoid this service!

Avoid this service! They can automatically cut your nights, and if you encounter any issues, you will receive zero help. I booked for 7 nights and 8 days, but they provided only 5 nights. I had to pay for another night out of my pocket, which they do not acknowledge as I got stuck due to weather conditions, which they claim is not their responsibility. They also failed to cover all the places listed in the itinerary. Furthermore, they reduced one night without prior notification and expected me to book a hotel at my own expense, showing complete disregard for the itinerary I paid for. The representatives involved were unprofessional and treated me as if I was begging for free services. This company is fraudulent; do not fall for the positive reviews, as they are all fake. Choosing this company was the biggest mistake of my life, and I am confident they will close soon due to their lack of care for customers.

Very disappointing experience

I had a very disappointing experience with this travel agency during my recent family trip. Their communication was extremely poor, and the service provided was not worth the money we spent. Upon arriving at the airport, we waited for three hours for a driver who never showed up. We later discovered that the driver had canceled the tour, yet no one from the agency informed us or arranged for an alternate driver. Despite repeatedly trying to contact the agents, we received no response or assistance. Eventually, we had to book a cab at our own expense to reach the hotel. Even after a week, the agency has not reimbursed us for the cab costs, nor have they responded to our messages or calls. It’s shocking that they have been completely unresponsive despite us paying the full amount for the tour in advance. To make matters worse, no one from the agency checked in during our trip to ensure everything was going smoothly. This lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against booking with this agency. Their customer service is abysmal, and they clearly do not value their clients. Avoid them at all costs.
