I booked with a local service after finding the flight online. They weren't the cheapest, but I like to support local businesses. My bank indicated the payment went to another company. The directors appear to be two individuals, and they are listed as registered. The flight I booked was £1920, but the day after, they started calling me, possibly to ask for more money. I received a call from someone whom I suspect is not real based on my experience when I called back. Days later, I was informed via email that my flight was canceled and that a refund would be issued. However, with the flight set for ten days later, I still haven't received my money after seven days. This situation prevents me from visiting my family for the holidays. It feels quite suspicious, and I am left in a very frustrating position without the ability to travel. Therefore, I do NOT recommend this service.
