The directors seem to be two individuals, and they are listed as registered. The flight cost £1920, but the day after booking, I started receiving calls, likely for additional payments. A caller reached out, and I have doubts about their identity based on my experience when I called back. Days later, I received an email stating my flight was canceled and that a refund would be issued. However, with the flight scheduled for ten days later, I still haven't received my money after seven days. This situation has left me unable to visit my family during the holidays. It feels rather questionable, and I am in an unpleasant position without the ability to travel. Therefore, I cannot recommend this service.

Steer clear of this service! They are professional scammers. Their website lists flights that are not actually available. Once they take your money, the flight you booked becomes unavailable, and they will attempt to sell you more expensive alternatives. If you refuse to pay more, they will falsely promise to refund your money within 7-10 days, but you will find yourself chasing them endlessly. Your best bet is to have paid with a reputable credit card that can assist in obtaining a refund.
Stay away at all costs. I booked online only to be informed that they didn’t have the fare available and was asked to pay an additional £300 before issuing the ticket. They continue to falsely advertise the same fare. I requested a refund and have been chasing them for two weeks without resolution.

Evasive phone service: Every call results in being told only the original agent can assist, only to find out later that they cannot help. The ‘Admin’ myth: I am repeatedly told that 'Admin' will call back, but this never happens. Unprofessional staff: I encountered rude representatives who seem to make up names during calls, suggesting a misleading call center environment. This company has caused significant frustration during what should have been a celebratory trip. A service that treats customers this way should not be allowed to operate. Please spend your money elsewhere to preserve your time and mental well-being.
Avoid this service and their affiliates at all costs. They took a £1000 deposit for a non-existent holiday. After numerous calls and messages requesting a refund, we are still waiting. We have now initiated a fraud case with our credit card bank. Do not give them your money!
