The directors seem to be two individuals, and they are listed as registered. The flight cost £1920, but the day after booking, I started receiving calls, likely for additional payments. A caller reached out, and I have doubts about their identity based on my experience when I called back. Days later, I received an email stating my flight was canceled and that a refund would be issued. However, with the flight scheduled for ten days later, I still haven't received my money after seven days. This situation has left me unable to visit my family during the holidays. It feels rather questionable, and I am in an unpleasant position without the ability to travel. Therefore, I cannot recommend this service.
