How can I rate them a "0"? They sold me travel insurance, then informed me it wasn’t valid. Is it even legal to sell insurance that won't be honored? How do I file a complaint with my state's insurance commissioner? When I had to cancel, they denied my claim, stating I was missing forms. I tried again, and it was denied. I appealed, and they denied it again. A representative named Sheila Fagan emailed me, promising to resolve the issue, but nothing happened. Weeks later, I received a voicemail from a supposed supervisor who claimed it shouldn't have been sold and offered a full refund for both the ticket and insurance. I was ecstatic! That was almost six weeks ago, and, as you might expect... nothing. When I followed up after a month, they said there was no supervisor or employee by that name. I urge you to stay away from this company. It won't be a pleasant experience, although the staff I spoke with were courteous. Between the ticket and the insurance costs, I lost around $700. I will NEVER engage with this service again. Frustrating!!!
