Fake and Fradulent Business Run by TravelOTunes. DO NOT book any package with them , especially agent Sunal Jha. He seems to be a Fraudster. He has vanished with almost 1Lakh Rupees! We were a Group of 8 who went to Turkey, and our hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia got cancelled and the money was refunded to Sunal's wallet, but Sunal has not yet refunded the money to us. Almost 1Lakh Rupees he is holding. We have been following up with him for weeks now and he has stopped responding to our messages and is ignoring our calls. He makes up colorful excuses all the time (that he's at the hospital, that bank is closed, that he'll do it once he reaches office.. etc etc), and keeps lying and still hasn't returned our money. We've been following up with him everyday and have not yet received our 1L back from TravelOTunes. Overall very bad experience. Do NOT book anything with them. My Friends have been posting reviews on google, and the agency is posting obviously fake 5-star reviews to keep the rating up in order to scam everyone.They also copy paste nice chat GPT replies to all these 1 star reviews with full lies and fake updates to fool people. Advice to not engage with the business. Professional Scamsters. Beware.
