I'm shocked and appalled by Travelotunes' blatant fraud. They took ₹308500 for a Maldives resort booking (NH KUDA RAH MALDIVES, 11th-15th March) but cancelled it without informing us. Despite 50+ calls to Sunal Nugyal (+91 85277 44001), Saurabh (+91 88003 30980), and agency (+91 88825 15903), they've ignored us.
Don't trust Travelotunes. They're cheats 😡.
Update: Still no refund. Be careful!

Sunal Nugyal-Complete FraudstersTravelotunes are complete fraudsters. I paid the full amount for my Maldives trip one month in advance. Just one day before travel they cancelled the booking citing “internal matters.” This is highly irresponsible and dishonest behavior. My refund is still pending and there has been no response at all. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this fraud company.
SUNAL NGYAL FRAUD OF 4.5 lakhsI had bought business class tickets (from delhi to Newark,nj ) for my mother in law thru SUJATA HOON a high school friend of mine (she ran a travel agency with her husband RAJA HOON -- Heritagegateways.in -- the website looks like has been removed ) couple of times over the last couple of years This year she quoted me a good price In March 2025 she sent her daughter to pick up the cheque from my mother in laws house at 1030 pm. She told my mother In law to make out the cheque to Travel o tunes . My mother in law believed her as she was my friends daughter Next day when I texted Sujata she told me that Sunal Nugyal of Travel o Tunes was an associate of her & she had worked with him.Sunal issued the air India tickets couple of days later in March. I checked the tickets online and they looked fine Two days before my mother in laws travel I checked online on air India and they showed the tickets had been cancelled just 3 days after booking When I talked to Sunal he updated me that there was another company involved and they cancelled the tkt by mistake. He said he would refund me the 4.5 Lakh. I decided to buy a new business class ticket as my mother in law had made her plans Sunal told me multiple of times that he would refund. But Sunal has not refunded the money
Fraud. Sunal Nugyal duped us of 2.6 Lakh rupee and is absconding. We made hotel booking for New York. Once we reached there. There was no booking . Later we found his office in Lajpat does not exist. His bank account is closed where we transferred money . He promised to refund our money but he didn’t. His colleague Ankush too promised that he will refund our money but no money had come in our account. This teavel agent is a fraud. He ruined our trip.
The company is a fraud , especially the guy named Sunal , He will promise you everything and then just vanish with your money ,He wont reply calls after he has the money nor you will get your vouchers or ticketsHe had made all the wrong reservations for us and only told us last minute about that , we were left helpless without any options in a different country ,He has about 1.5L of my money and has ghosted me ever sinceI would recommend not booking with this fraud company or sunalHe will even mess up your visas as he outsources it to different peopleHighly avoid this person
Fake and Fradulent Business Run by TravelOTunes. DO NOT book any package with them , especially agent Sunal Jha. He seems to be a Fraudster. He has vanished with almost 1Lakh Rupees! We were a Group of 8 who went to Turkey, and our hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia got cancelled and the money was refunded to Sunal's wallet, but Sunal has not yet refunded the money to us. Almost 1Lakh Rupees he is holding. We have been following up with him for weeks now and he has stopped responding to our messages and is ignoring our calls. He makes up colorful excuses all the time (that he's at the hospital, that bank is closed, that he'll do it once he reaches office.. etc etc), and keeps lying and still hasn't returned our money. We've been following up with him everyday and have not yet received our 1L back from TravelOTunes. Overall very bad experience. Do NOT book anything with them. My Friends have been posting reviews on google, and the agency is posting obviously fake 5-star reviews to keep the rating up in order to scam everyone.They also copy paste nice chat GPT replies to all these 1 star reviews with full lies and fake updates to fool people. Advice to not engage with the business. Professional Scamsters. Beware.
The experience right from the booking till the end of our trip has been amazing and hassle-free. We planned the trip for 6 days and Travelotunes helped us with great offers. travelotunes suggested the best resort, took care of everything and was always available for any queries.Maldives was amazing, Brennia was not much crowded, great night skies and beautiful marine life.
