Purchased a backpack which broke in the same place after having already been replaced under warranty. It was still under the initial warranty from when I had purchased the original bag and was told that getting a warranty replacement would not affect replacing the new bag if that also broke within the original timeframe of the warranty. Zipper on the new bag broke in the exact same place less than a year in. Contacted Support, who stated that they did not know what was wrong with the bag despite the fact that the photo I submitted showed the zipper was clearly detached from the side of the bag, and I was able to stick my finger between the zipper teeth and the bag edge. They are now asking for a $50 shipping fee to send me a new bag claiming that shipping is not covered under the terms of the warranty. However, they did not charge me a shipping fee to replace the original bag. Given the fact that both bags broke in the exact same place, I feel this is a design flaw with the bag.
