I am writing to commend one of your employees, Nick Thomas. I had been on the phone with your airline for at least two hours, I’m not exaggerating, when I was finally put in touch with Mr. Thomas. He immediately assessed the situation and began working on the problem. He stayed on the line until the issue was resolved. Then he went above and beyond and provided me his email, phone number, and extension so that if I had future issues I could contact him directly. Today I was having trouble getting the website to work in getting my boarding pass so I decided to try to contact Mr. Thomas again not really expecting to get through. Sure enough he answered the phone and not only remembered me but was again pleasant and corporative. This whole experience could have been a total disaster but Mr. Thomas saved the day both times. Southwest Airlines should consider rewarding Mr. Thomas with a raise, a bonus, or even free air travel and let me explain why. Any employee can do their job but an employee who doesn’t expect anything but a paycheck and still does so much more to make a customer happy should be recognized and rewarded. This is a dedicated employee! I will tell everyone about this great experience. I would have equally complained to everyone about a bad experience. Thank you Mr. Thomas
