Got a cancellation 2 days before a flight home from Nice by KLM and offered a later return by some 2 days with a 12 hour stop at Schipol, a totally unacceptable solution.We had to book to come home a day early at a cost of £200 each. This flight by Airfrance was also delayed.Travel refund managed to recoup the money we paid out by persistence after the airline had refused to refund the relevant costs.Would highly recommend the service provided by this company.
