I've been waiting for 3 months to receive a refund for a claim with Swiss Air. The only thing they've managed to do so far is getting hacked. I'm sure there are company's that can handle your claim and your sensitive information better than this.P.S.Their claim that I haven't provided them with additional information is false. I have pro actively send them a mail explaining my case, including my case number. But as it turns out now they have failed to link the information to my case and have not send this information to the airline.
