Case T20616It's been almost a year since I applied for compensation, and even though the company received money from the airline a long time ago, they still haven't paid me anything back. Also, before applying, I asked if it was okay to fill out one application with my co-passenger even though we have separate booking numbers, and I received a positive answer. Guess what? After a year of waiting, they said I should file a separate claim and probably wait another year.Customer support is terrible, and I barely get any answers. I do not recommend this company since I haven't even received my compensation.
