I have never encountered such poor service when trying to rent a property. I attempted to book a beautiful chalet but faced numerous issues with payment and communication. After hours of trying to resolve the payment, the booking was canceled due to an alleged fraud risk. Despite multiple attempts to get clarity, the responses were unhelpful and dismissive.
