1. Gate QR code did not work (it beeped, but gate does not open).
Spoke to host about this (had to ask twice to get a response) and was told to click the button to ask attendant for help. Attendant button would ring, then click. Found an entrance where the gate was broken and used that the entire trip.
2. WIFI was terrible and cell signal could not be used in the house (ATT and Verizon service). Messaged host who claims he spoke to internet company, but no improvement. 2 of the TVs could stream movies, but only some times. To buy tickets we had to take out phones out by the pool to get cell signal. Host stopped responding to requests for a solution.
3. Smoke detector was beeping. Messaged host and was resolved (should be doing this annually to avoid this issue).
4. Toaster started on fire. Sent pic to host, but nothing was done. We used the other side of the toaster every day.
Location and cleanliness were fantastic. We will search to stay in this neighborhood next year, but not at any of your properties.
I spent nine days at a lovely beach destination, first with my cousin and then on my own, and it was ideal for both experiences. The setting is stunning and tranquil, just a short 2-minute walk to the beach. Waking up to the sound of the ocean was truly memorable. The cabin was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making it easy to feel at home for an extended visit. I recommend renting a car, as finding a taxi or bus for exploration can be challenging. The hosts were warm and friendly, fostering a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Whether traveling with a companion or solo, this beach spot offers an authentic and delightful experience in Tahiti. I highly endorse it!

I have never encountered such poor service when trying to rent a property. I attempted to book a beautiful chalet but faced numerous issues with payment and communication. Ultimately, we decided to rent another property instead, as we felt the lack of service was a significant red flag. I will share my experience to warn others.
Amazing apartment! Don’t let the exterior deter you; inside it’s clean and cozy. A lovely kitchen, a spacious living area for our group, and two comfortable bedrooms plus a sofa bed. The provider was communicative and available when needed, highly recommend.
