1. Gate QR code did not work (it beeped, but gate does not open).
Spoke to host about this (had to ask twice to get a response) and was told to click the button to ask attendant for help. Attendant button would ring, then click. Found an entrance where the gate was broken and used that the entire trip.
2. WIFI was terrible and cell signal could not be used in the house (ATT and Verizon service). Messaged host who claims he spoke to internet company, but no improvement. 2 of the TVs could stream movies, but only some times. To buy tickets we had to take out phones out by the pool to get cell signal. Host stopped responding to requests for a solution.
3. Smoke detector was beeping. Messaged host and was resolved (should be doing this annually to avoid this issue).
4. Toaster started on fire. Sent pic to host, but nothing was done. We used the other side of the toaster every day.
Location and cleanliness were fantastic. We will search to stay in this neighborhood next year, but not at any of your properties.
