, be careful be careful be careful, I would not recommend this agency based on my experience. I paid £200 for a visa service which I later discovered. after verifying directly with Saudi authorities , was completely unnecessary for my case due to my UK residency and valid US and Schengen visas.
I requested a refund before any visa was issued, but they refused, and they also refused to provide a breakdown or any proof that the £200 was actually used for a visa. On top of that, they attempted to charge me an additional £65 for a taxi I did not request, approve, or use. The price they quoted kept changing (£150 → £100 → £65), which felt dishonest and unprofessional.
When I asked for evidence of the charges, receipts, or official policy to back up their claims, they went completely silent. Not a single reply.
The whole process felt like they were taking advantage of people’s vulnerability during a sacred journey. If I hadn’t known my rights and asked questions, I could have easily been pressured into paying for unnecessary or inflated services.
Be careful. Always double-check what is actually required for your visa or transport based on your residency and travel history. Don’t let yourself be intimidated or overcharged just because it’s a religious trip.
