I had a highly disappointing encounter with this service for Umrah travel. The company lacks professionalism and, in my view, authenticity. I paid a £50 deposit, but it was never refunded despite numerous requests. Instead of managing issues properly, I felt coerced into writing a favorable review, which is entirely unacceptable. A legitimate business should earn positive feedback through quality service, not by pressuring clients. They initially assured me of one hotel but later demanded extra payment and altered the arrangements. Subsequently, they charged additional fees for hotel transfers and transportation, even when we were dissatisfied with the hotel provided. We were left with no viable options. The representative communicates very politely at first, but their actions contradict their words. Once payment is completed, the quality of service and attitude shifts. I strongly recommend that anyone considering Umrah with this company think very carefully before making a booking. Based on my experience, I cannot endorse them.
