Please please avoid, they pretend to be travel agency but ruin your whole booking. We try to change our flights via Egyptair but then gave us a call pretending to be Egyptair. We payed for the change in flights but then never gave us our tickets me and my wife were given ours but son wasn’t so he was put on a SEPARATE flight it was honestly the worst, please please avoid all these reviews are fake as they even though they try to scam us they told us to give them a 5 star review. Especially anyone with name of Shane please avoid very fraudulent company
