We had booked a flight with Southern Airlines through British Airways but there was no information about the seats. When I phoned to try to arrange seats so our children could sit with us, it wasn't possible because British Airways was for some reason selling those tickets for the other company.
Eric kindly helped us to get our money back for those tickets and get new tickets with Southern Airlines. I don't know how he managed it, but he communicated with the airline and got tickets so we can sit with our children.
He also found the cheapest day to fly and had helped so much! A very patient and gentle-mannered man.
He even just phoned us now to let us know our flight will be leaving an hour earlier next week.
