This is the worst agency for booking flights. Their systems seem designed to exploit you if you miss your flight. First, it's nearly impossible to check in through their website or the email they provided. Secondly, if you miss your flight, you can't book a one-way ticket without losing your return trip, unless you book another flight with them, which costs nearly double for a one-way. Just a day before my return trip, the host airline sent me a link to check in, but unfortunately, I was already on the other leg of my journey.
