Update 8th August: I am reviewing the score because after 4 days they have replied to me with the voucher and confirmed me the booking (which in all fairness has a super competitive price hence why I have decided to book with them. / I am astonished about the lack of customer assistance by Traventia and the booking process. I have booked on August 1st 2025 a hotel room in Las Vegas, Traventia confirmation code QYO7791625BZ. After the payment, I did not receive any confirmation email (luckily I took screenshots of every step therefore I have the confirmation and all the details). I have sent an email to the customer service yesterday morning and no answer yet. I have tried to phone them up but they only assist if your trip is happening within 24 hours. I wonder if I will ever be able to know if my booking (for which I have paid for) is confirmed.
