Review Time
I got banned for having a building bot on day three - even though i was using vanilla Google Chrome with no scripts. Instantly permanently banned, on review, they punished my account (retracted the ban). Once i queried why i was being punished, i received 3 different reasons from 3 different customer service agents..... its almost like a person made a decision to ban me with no evidence. Someone else came along and said thats not right, so punished my account. Then someone else came along and did nothing but justify the two previous incorrect choices. I do not understand the system here

Spent more than 150€ in this game and customer service tell me "we can't transfer your last golds in your new server." it's the same domain and can't ??? what? i'm so upset against this game and i won't buy anything else and i will make bad reputation for you if you don't fix this problem.
