Tried to get fast track security at Gatwick on friday. It said cannot complete as less than 6 hours until departure. Then I see my Monzo was charged despite this when I’d landed. Then I also see that my card was charged 79 pounds today… upon enquiring with ‘Chelsea’ she refuses to refund the 6 pounds despite me not using fastrack due to them saying I could not on their website when booking. And that I had subscribed to annual fasttrack… when I did no such thing. My bank card was cancelled by the bank for fraud. This site is a total fradulent scam. Avoid at all costs.
