Be aware of this company. They charge for a check- in service, then delivered my boarding pass 40 minutes AFTER the plane departed. Refused to issue me a refund of 0.79€, as the boarding pass was ‘issued’. Alright. Today I woke up with a charge of 79€ for some 3-month subscription service, because ‘subscription starts at the moment you press submit button’ NO SUBSCRIPTION CAN START LIKE THAT. A CUSTOMER HAS TO BE INFORMED AND CONSENT TO ANY RECURRING PAYMENT. FOLLOWING EU CUSTOMER PROTECTION RIGHTS, AN EMAIL HAS TO BE SENT INFORMING ABOUT SUCH SUBSCRIBTION, AS WELL AS ABOUT THE UPCOMING PAYMENT. THIS IS AN ILLEGAL CHARGE AND A COMPANY WORKING ILLEGALLY.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I purchased a fast track for £12, and the next day they attempted to withdraw an additional £80 from my account. Fortunately, the fraud team intervened and prevented it.

Fraudulent Charges After Purchase

I bought a one-time pass and unexpectedly found a fraudulent £79 charge on my card days later. I had to freeze my card and request a new one! Stay away!

Extremely Disappointed with the Purchase Process

I was purchasing fast track tickets for myself and my family. Only after completing the payment did I encounter an additional page requesting my flight information, stating it had to be at least 6 hours after the purchase. The system wouldn't let me complete the process since my flight was in less than 2 hours, which is why I needed fast track access. I quickly contacted the support team to explain the situation and inquire about a refund. I received no response until I was already in the air, and the reply stated that the fast track tickets had been purchased at the airport, making a refund impossible. Their website was incredibly misleading and lacked transparency. I would not recommend this service.

Hidden Subscription Charges

I utilized the service to purchase a single fast track pass at an airport. What I was unaware of is that buried in the fine print, they enroll you in a subscription service for £79. This was not disclosed and feels misleading and deceptive. It's a scam.

Avoid this site at all costs

This site is a scam; I strongly advise against using it. You'll be charged for the fast track service, only to end up waiting a long time to get your items. To make matters worse, they attempted to withdraw an additional £79 from my account a week later.

Avoid this site – it's a scam.

This site is a scam – steer clear. My partner spent £7 on a 'fast track' ticket at an airport but had to provide her bank details. Subsequently, she was hit with two unauthorized monthly charges of £79 before we caught on and managed to cancel the payments. The customer support team (if you can even call it that) denied our request for a refund. We have now reported them to the consumer protection agency.

No QR Code Received

I haven't received the fast track QR code via email. It states that I will receive it less than 23 hours before departure, which isn’t practical for us since we won’t have internet access at that time.
