The experience with the service was incredibly disappointing. We went to pick up our order and now regret spending our money there. There was a complete lack of kindness and respect; they ignored us and showed no concern for our needs. Instead, they carelessly tossed out words while another customer was being served. The most shocking part is that outside, in the cold rain, a young girl was selling with a smile and kindness. This situation feels unfair. The rude male staff should be replaced by this respectful young girl. If the company does not address the behavior of these discourteous salesmen at this location, they risk losing many customers, which could lead to the store's closure. We have always liked this brand, but we will definitely avoid this location in the future and will not recommend it to others unless there is a change in this rude behavior.
