Collection of hired goods arranged for Thursday, I called them around 3pm to find out what time they were coming, they said "we're coming tomorrow now".
I've finished the project, have nobody left here and nowhere safe to leave the equipment.
All they said was "it's the customers responsibility". Customer service is a joke.
Worst company and customer service I've experienced
We were notified that the electricity for our medical facility and pharmacy would be interrupted for several hours. I reached out to the service team and spoke with a representative who was incredibly helpful. She guided me through the generator options and successfully sourced what we required. She delivered the generators, demonstrated their operation, and collected them once the power was restored. Thanks to their assistance, we were able to keep both the facility and pharmacy running during the outage. I highly recommend their services. Thank you!
The service here was extremely disappointing. We went to collect our order and regret spending our money here. There was a complete lack of kindness and respect; they ignored us and showed no concern for our needs. Instead, they carelessly tossed out words while another customer was being served. The most shocking part was that outside, in the cold rain, a young girl was selling with a smile and kindness. This situation feels unfair. The rude male staff should be replaced by this respectful young girl. If the company does not address the behavior of these discourteous salesmen at this location, they risk losing many customers, which could lead to the store's closure. We have always liked this brand, but we will definitely avoid this location in the future and will not recommend it to others unless there is a change in this rude behavior.

I booked a cement mixer for hire through a partner service. On the day of the hire, nothing arrived, and when I contacted them, they claimed no order was in my name.
