The most disappointing experience I've ever had with a service. They promote enticing prices for trips, accommodations, and other offerings to lure you into booking. However, once they receive your payment, the reality is starkly different. Out of a group of ten, many of us felt deceived. I've been trying to recover $3,500 for three years, yet my money remains unreturned. Flights were supposedly booked but not paid for, and hotels were contacted for reservations, but despite customers having paid in full, the service failed to settle with the airlines and hotels.
