This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever encountered with a service. They advertise appealing prices for trips and accommodations, which initially instills confidence. However, once they have your money, the situation changes drastically. In a group of ten, most of us felt cheated. I’ve been trying to recover $3,500 for three years and am still awaiting my refund. Flights were supposedly booked but not paid for, and hotels were contacted for reservations, yet despite full payments from customers, the service failed to settle with the airlines and hotels.
The absolute worst experience for flight bookings ever. I booked a flight at one price but received no confirmation number. Then I got a follow-up call with the price doubled and still no confirmation. When I called five days before the flight, they charged an extra fee and promised a flight with no confirmation. Calling 24 hours before the flight yielded no confirmation unless I paid another $200 fee. A complete and utter scam.
I booked a flight online for $186.00 and received confirmation. Twenty minutes later, I received a call from someone with a foreign accent saying the flight at that price was unavailable and that I needed to upgrade to a more expensive option. I asked them to cancel, only to be told there was a cancellation fee. I hung up and contacted my credit card company. This booking through the platform is a scam.

This service is completely untrustworthy. They promise deals but call days before your flight to claim that seats are no longer available and request more money. When I got suspicious, they told me my tickets were ready at the airport. Upon arrival, I called about the missing tickets, only to be blocked. The flight was never booked. Thank you to the scammer who was also begging for my review.
Do not trust this service, as they scammed me out of $540 for a flight. They promised a refund but never delivered. After I attempted to contact them, they stopped responding to my emails and blocked my phone number once they found out I left a negative review. I refused to take it down, so they just blocked me and kept my money. Clearly, they are scammers.
Warning: Avoid this service! I learned the hard way. I thought I purchased four tickets but later found out that none were recorded. When I called for assistance, an odd individual answered and hung up on me. I tried calling from different numbers, but the same thing happened. Please do not use this service; I’m still disputing charges with my credit card company.
