However, once they have your money, the situation changes drastically. In a group of ten, most of us felt cheated. I’ve been trying to recover $3,500 for three years and am still awaiting my refund. Flights were supposedly booked but not paid for, and hotels were contacted for reservations, yet despite full payments from customers, the service failed to settle with the airlines and hotels.
