I bought three trucks, two as gifts and one for myself. After using mine briefly, I found it wouldn't connect to the transmitter. When I called for support, I encountered a representative who was condescending and unhelpful. I called back hoping for better service, but the next representative was almost hostile. I felt completely disrespected. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not spend any more money with this company.
