I had a frustrating experience with my recent purchase. The item arrived on January 6, 2026, and after just one day of use, the spur gear broke, along with the pinion gear. I was simply using it on the pavement and expected better quality.
My experience with customer support was very disappointing; they hung up on me. Anyone considering a purchase from this company should be cautious. Their claimed support hours are misleading. This company has not earned my trust or business. I'm very unhappy. On a positive note, I have another product that has been trouble-free.
I am very disappointed. I purchased a product and it arrived on January 6, 2026. After using it on the 7th, a piece of the spur gear broke, and the pinion gear also came out. I wasn't doing anything extreme, just playing on the pavement, and this is what happened—a broken spur.
I must say, the service has been great for me. I lost a spacer for my product, and they sent me two replacements. They have always been helpful when I've reached out. When my product arrived damaged, they sent me a new one and told me to keep the old one. I really appreciate their support!
