Called customer service about an ongoing trouble with light kit for a TRX-4 F150 Truck. First time went ok but believe service was just trying to get rid of me. I suspected the parts they sent would not fit the problem. Now this time some guy calling himself AJ told me I had the truck wired all wrong the that I would have to send my truck to them to be repaired. Now I now it was wired right as it is color to color. But he treated like I was not smart. Said they have already sent me more than $100.00 worth of parts and they would not help me any more. They did send me $49.95 worth of parts which did not fix the trouble. I would gladly send the parts back to them. So for $550.00 worth of truck and $100.00 light wiring kit I was told the only help was to pay over $100.00 in shipping (Both ways) to get any help.I guess after buying many trucks/cars from traxxas I have come to the end with them.
