I couldn't access their services due to their questionnaire, as I had a UTI that returned within two weeks of treatment from a local healthcare provider. I requested a refund, and they responded quickly, stating it would be processed within five days. That was two weeks ago, and it still hasn't been completed. I contacted them again, and they promised the refund within 48 hours, but nothing has happened. I will not use this service again!
