I used this service in 2024 without issues, so I felt confident using them again in 2025. This time, the scheduled consultation time came and went with no call. I wasted several hours waiting for a call and a prescription that never arrived. I had to seek care elsewhere and am now waiting for a refund, as they charge immediately upon booking, regardless of the outcome. I won't use this service again.
