I contacted around 2am with a UTI and within 2 hrs I received a response with my prescription and it being sent to CVS.When I had a question it wasn't difficult to get in touch with someone as there is a chat, but for the question I had, I needed to speak to someone. I received an emailed response back right away. The process in general was easy and quick. I was able to pick up my prescription an hour after CVS opened. 5 star service. Thank you.
