I was using their system for 1.2 years ( paid for full subscription for 2 years) but I found something suitable with my business more than Treatwell. Before my subscription was over I send email to them since the beginning of the month clearly said I don’t want to continue subscribing and I want to cancel they replied almost at the end of the month that I have to send to another email to unsubscribing so I did and they said their team will contact me for cancellation but still no one has called me and I ended up being charged for what I did not subscribe for. To people who want to jump into this system think twice. Not recommended. They were extremely friendly at the beginning when you about to subscribe to use their service and very responsive BUT if you want to cancel subscription they’ll treat you differently. Really disappointed. Very unprofessional.
