I had a fantastic visit at a local beauty salon. My haircut was performed by a skilled stylist, and I walked out feeling revitalized. They truly know their craft. I also had my eyebrows shaped by another talented professional, who exceeded my expectations by beautifully correcting an uneven brow. I highly recommend this place!

I would give zero stars if I could, as I have yet to receive my £77.00 refund for an appointment I booked. I had scheduled my visit for 04/12/25 at a local venue, but it was moved to 27/12/25. A staff member called me recently, asking if I would accept a 50% discount due to potential cancellations, which I declined. I requested a refund instead, and was directed to the app for the process. Unfortunately, my rescheduled appointment does not appear in the app, only the original date. I attempted to reach a representative through the chat bot but was unsuccessful. I emailed the company on 12/12/25 and received a response on 16/12/25, four days later than promised. I followed up again on 22/12/25, expressing my frustration and mentioning I would leave a negative review if the issue wasn't resolved. I even called the venue, after which they assured me they would look into my refund and promised a call back, which never happened. Instead, they rescheduled my appointment for 30/12/25 without my consent, and my app still shows no updates. I urgently need a representative to contact me to resolve this issue. What should have been a pleasant experience has turned into a nightmare, and the company's customer service is utterly disappointing. I demand my refund.
For more than two years, I've been getting my hair cut and colored by a fantastic stylist. She consistently delivers friendly service and outstanding results. Thank you so much! The salon has a lovely atmosphere, and the other team members are also very welcoming.
