Avoid this service - it was absolutely disappointing. We would have been better off without any delivery than dealing with the poor quality of what we received. We mistakenly ordered again, forgetting our previous experience. The 5 to 6 ft tree arrived while we were out and was left in the garden; however, it measures just under 4ft 8, has three dead branches, and was covered in mud. What can one do with a small, muddy tree with dead branches at this time of year? A very questionable business model.
