I advise against using this service - it was extremely disappointing. We would have been better off receiving nothing than dealing with the poor quality we ended up with. We could have easily purchased from elsewhere. We regrettably ordered again, forgetting how inadequate this provider was. Our 5 to 6 ft tree was delivered while we were out and was left in the garden; however, it measures barely 4ft 8, has three dead branches, and is covered in mud. What can we do with a small, muddy tree that has dead branches at this time of year? A very questionable business model.
