I appreciate the competitive prices, but my experience with their customer service was extremely disappointing. There was no direct contact available, and my package was returned due to an error made by the company. They refused to process a refund even after confirming the return. After two months, I still haven’t received my items or a refund. Their customer service is non-existent, and I won’t shop with them again.
