I bought a pair of la Sportiva Solution Comp climbing shoes from TrekInn which fell apart within 6 weeks/20 wears.TrekInn initially refused to take the return saying it was just wear and tear! Eventually they did take the return but they simply sent them back to me after about a month claiming no fault at their end. Any further attempts to contact TrekInn have been ignored, or have just been met with automated replies.Without question TrekInn offers the worst customer service I have ever had online.
