I usually have a great experience with tremendous, because it just works.
But once you have an issue? It's a complete headache.
I had a credit to redeem a gift card from tremendous, like I normally do, the process was easy and I received the gift card.
I'm very tech literate and know how to redeem gift cards -- I tried several times on web, mobile and using multiple different devices (PC, laptop, and phone).. I ensured that the code was correct and complete (copy/pasting, and manually entering) and kept receiving an error message.
I contacted support, and went back and forth 17 times with them, asking me the same information that I've already provided, only to just be left on "we're looking into it"
I contacted the service that the gift card was for, and they couldn't help as they could not verify the authenticity of the gift card.
This is a $10 gift card but has been a huge headache spanning multiple days so far.
I've had no luck elsewhere, including the help email, so I'm posting here in hopes of getting the issue taken care of
