I redeemed a Virtual Visa Card through Zoombucks but the card is not working in all the many websites I tried it, including Amazon, Spotify, Doctorsim, Jumia, Konga. I sent them many many messages and they always replied but have refused to exchange the Virtual Visa Card to an Amazon gift card I requested for, and even PayPal cash is better if possible. But after the last message I sent yesterday, they have not responded nor replied me which is frustrating and makes me wonder if they are truly Tremendous or Horrendous!

I usually have a great experience with tremendous, because it just works.

But once you have an issue? It's a complete headache.

I had a credit to redeem a gift card from tremendous, like I normally do, the process was easy and I received the gift card.

I'm very tech literate and know how to redeem gift cards -- I tried several times on web, mobile and using multiple different devices (PC, laptop, and phone).. I ensured that the code was correct and complete (copy/pasting, and manually entering) and kept receiving an error message.

I contacted support, and went back and forth 17 times with them, asking me the same information that I've already provided, only to just be left on "we're looking into it"

I contacted the service that the gift card was for, and they couldn't help as they could not verify the authenticity of the gift card.

This is a $10 gift card but has been a huge headache spanning multiple days so far.

I've had no luck elsewhere, including the help email, so I'm posting here in hopes of getting the issue taken care of

In middle east especially the developing countries doesn't support the card payments and with tremendous virtual card its horrible i can't do transactions at all (declining most of the time) and theres no way to transfer the amount. Its literally horrible.

I have never felt as much frustration and a feeling of disheartening trying to use the card. I have gone round and round with the customer services. Constantly declined and limited places to use especially cycling related. From happiness at winning to total sadness!!

Worst experience with their support team. They do nothing and just keep asking you if you want to escalate amd you know what happens after escalation? They will again ask you to escalate! And when you will say yes i would like to escalate they will again ask you if you want to escalate. And guess what you never end up getting your reward . Disappointing. I would say don't waste your time on this .

Issues with Redeeming a Gift Card

I received a $6.18 USD gift card but encountered a problem when trying to redeem it in my Google Play account based in India. I received an error stating: "Code country does not match your account country." The card is locked to the US region, and since I'm in India, it doesn't work here.
I reached out to the support team with screenshots of the card details, the error message, and referral information. I requested either an exchange for an equivalent Indian gift card or a refund to my account. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive a resolution.
This reward was earned through surveys and internet sharing, and the card remains unredeemed. Since Google Play gift cards don’t expire, the value is stuck due to this regional issue. I would appreciate assistance in exchanging it for an Indian version or finding a solution – I'm willing to provide more details privately.

The card shows but you are not able to access it because each of the five times the card shows you can not access the code. Messages says it takes one to two minutes so I waited 2, 4, 5 and now ten but no code comes up for the card. WHY IS THE BIG QUESTION?
