Poor support and broken voucher links—no resolution.
I have been trying to access a Flipkart gift voucher through Tremendous for over two days, but the link simply does not work. I contacted their customer service, but instead of fixing the technical error, I have been stuck in an endless email chain for 15+ hours with no actual help provided. It feels like they are intentionally stalling with unnecessary questions rather than delivering the funds. Extremely disappointed with the lack of urgency. Avoid if you expect timely access to your rewards.
