I ordered two carpets on 4 January with a promised 3–5 day delivery. That was a lie. After two weeks, the order was still in their warehouse.Customer service is useless — only automated replies and then silence. I have received only one carpet, and the second one is apparently lost somewhere in the Czech Republic.I haven’t opened the carpet because I want to return everything and get a refund, but no one responds. Where is the second carpet?Misleading delivery times, zero communication, and an awful experience. Never again.
