My name is Mafalda, and I am writing to formally complain about an order I placed on your online store in November for a rug, which has still not been delivered to this day.
The order was fully paid at the time of purchase. However, despite several attempts to resolve this situation, the delivery company (GLS) has informed me that they are unable to locate the shipment and do not know where the package is.
To make matters worse, I have contacted your company several times by email regarding this issue and have received no response whatsoever. This complete lack of communication is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
As a customer, I have fulfilled my obligations by making the payment, and I therefore expect your company to take full responsibility for this situation.
I hereby request an immediate resolution, either by:
issuing a full refund without further delay, or
sending a replacement rug as soon as possible, at no additional cost.

I ordered two carpets on 4 January with a promised 3–5 day delivery. That was a lie. After two weeks, the order was still in their warehouse.Customer service is useless — only automated replies and then silence. I have received only one carpet, and the second one is apparently lost somewhere in the Czech Republic.I haven’t opened the carpet because I want to return everything and get a refund, but no one responds. Where is the second carpet?Misleading delivery times, zero communication, and an awful experience. Never again.
Carpet ordered on December 1st, today is December 28th, I still haven't received my order. this is crazy, shame. no updates on the tracking page. what kind of business is this? nowadays, to deal with online sales and have such bad reviews, you must be abnormal. I would rather have a car from Japan than a carpet from Sweden, you are funny!!
I have had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Trendcarpet.dk.During my vacation, while I was away on a trip, Trendcarpet.dk had a carpet worth approximately 10,000 DKK delivered to my address. I was neither at home, nor did I give authorization or any form of permission for anyone else to receive the item on my behalf.Nevertheless, Trendcarpet.dk insists that the delivery was correctly completed, claiming there is a signature. This signature is not mine, and at no point did I authorize a third party to sign for the delivery.Instead of taking responsibility or investigating the matter seriously, the company has consistently denied any possibility of an error on their part. The communication has been marked by finger-pointing and indirect accusations, effectively claiming that I personally received the item and insinuating that I am trying to deceive them. This is both unreasonable and highly unprofessional.Being met with mistrust and accusations, rather than assistance and responsible customer service, is completely unacceptable. When a product of this value goes missing, a company should take the situation seriously and work constructively toward a solution, not place the blame on the customer without documentation.In this case, Trendcarpet.dk has demonstrated a lack of responsibility, inadequate customer service, and a troubling approach to handling errors. This is by no means an experience I can recommend others risk.They should be ashamed.Secound time I tell u this — I don’t have any permission giving! Don’t have anything! Just understand that .!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I purchased a carpet from your store and I am extremely satisfied with the quality. The material is soft, durable, and very comfortable. The colors match the photos perfectly, and the finishing is excellent. The packaging was secure and the delivery was on time. Great service and high-quality product. I highly recommend!
The carpet I got had really bad quality, I was very disappointed, as on the pictures it looked much more promising.. The refund is still not provided, though it is already two weeks since the carpet is in their warehouse. I hope to get the money back as soon as possible.
The rag rug I chosed arrived with a slight delay and not in the color I orderd. I can't return the product right now because „there are many people contacting us” . The carpet itself is too heavy - I wanted to use it as a wall cover -, and all the colors are dull, as if the sun had sucked the color out of them.
