I recently bought a rug here, and the way it was shipped is completely unacceptable. The rug was not only rolled poorly, it was also folded in half and sent without any protection at all. There was no cardboard tube and no proper wrapping. It feels as if the package was made smaller just to save money.The result is that the rug now has creases and ripples that still have not disappeared, even after almost four weeks of lying flat. This is not what anyone should expect from a new product, especially from a store that calls itself professional.What makes the situation even worse is the response from customer service. They told me that I can only return the rug if it is in its “original condition.” This is unreasonable, because due to their poor packaging, they did not even manage to deliver it in its original condition themselves. They should focus on delivering the product in proper condition before making such demands of their customers.
