My items have not arrived and appear to have been lost or stolen during transit. The delivery issues are widely recognized, and I feel I should report this situation. I hold the company responsible for their choice of delivery service—be cautious if you prioritize customer service. I have requested a refund but have yet to receive a response. I will persist in contacting both the company and the delivery service until this issue is resolved.
